If you need to expand the functionality of a dedicated or virtual server, you have the option to order additional services. Here’s what is available for order:
- Additional IP addresses: one IPv4 is provided by default, but you can connect up to two additional IPv6 for VDS and up to six for DS in Germany or two for DS in Ukraine. The cost is added to the base price of the server.
- Additional RDP licenses: if you need more RDP users, you can order additional licenses.
- Load monitoring service: we offer 24/7 monitoring of server uptime and resources with notifications via email, SMS, or phone call.
- Administration and monitoring service: provides 3 hours of system administrator work per month with load monitoring.
- How to order additional services: when ordering a server, select the necessary applications. After ordering, go to control panel -> main information -> additional services –> order.
Important: the cost depends on the duration of the server, services can only be ordered for extended servers (minimum term – 6 days). No refunds are provided upon cancellation of the service.
