Cost of Administration Services
The company provides server administration and monitoring services with a flexible pricing system based on time and task complexity. Work is performed during both working and non-working hours, taking into account the minimum order.
- During working hours, from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, the cost per hour of work is 560 UAH. The minimum order for virtual and dedicated servers is 30 minutes for 280 UAH, and for virtual hosting – 140 UAH.
- During non-working hours, the cost increases to 730 UAH per hour of work. The minimum order for virtual and dedicated servers is also 30 minutes, but now for 365 UAH, and for virtual hosting – 180 UAH.
Administration requests are processed in the order they are received. In case of urgent requests, we offer the possibility of processing the request out of turn for an additional fee of 300 UAH. This service allows the client to gain quick and priority access to administrative resources.
For a superficial analysis of possible errors that occurred while working with the server, we provide a free 15-minute diagnosis. This will help the client quickly identify the main issues and make decisions about further steps to resolve them.
