Connecting to the FTP server is done by default using the username and password of the admin user. If there are multiple users, the sites and files belonging to one of them will be displayed upon connection. Creating a separate FTP account with access to a specific site or directory involves several steps:
- Go to the WEB section, click on the “Edit Domain” icon and the “Advanced Options” button, then check the “Additional FTP Account” option;

- Enter any word in Latin characters in the “Account” field. This will become the user's login for FTP access;
- Enter a password — either self-created or generated, and save it;
- Click the “Save” button.

The user can additionally fill in the “Path” field to restrict access to a directory within the site.
