To reboot your virtual server VDS, you need to go to the “Control Panel”.
Click on “Virtual Servers” → “Manage VDS”.
Next, a “Server Management” window will open, in the right part “Select Action” from the dropdown list, choose “Reboot” and click “Execute Action”.
- within 15 minutes the server will be rebooted by power;
- this method of rebooting is more severe compared to the reboot button on your home PC. It is more rational to reboot the server using the console command reboot or shutdown -r now, as there is a risk of data corruption, such as the structure of MySQL tables, during a power reboot.
